Aaron David Ogiela May 9, 1986 - March 25, 2016

Aaron made the trip to his Heavenly home and is surrounded by a multitude of family and friends in the presence of the Lord. Aaron was born in OKC and lived in Yukon and McAlester. He was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at the age of 9. He received a double lung transplant and the last year of his life struggled with rejection and lung infections. He is survived by Timothy H. and Annie L. Ogiela of Yukon; his brothers, Timothy and Caitlin of Edmond; and Jason and Jessica Tinker and their children of Altus, OK; his uncles, John and Joe of McAlester and a multitude of extended family and friends from all walks of life. Aaron is greatly missed but he knows, as we do, we will be together again. He is happy, healed and home. Breathe Easy. Services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service with burial to follow at Frisco Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of Aaron D. Ogiela for further research and cure of Cystic Fibrosis.
