Alma, age 93 of OKC, died at her residence on May 8, 2011. She was born September 30, 1917 in Morganton, AR to John and Vera Brittain. Alma was a beautician, a seamstress for several retail stores. She was also a Rosie the Riverter during WWII. Alma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ross; daughter-in-law Shirley James and a great grandchild, Rachel Lynn Woodall. She is survived by 3 children; Janice and husband Larry Wallace of Norman, OK, Pat and husband Tom Wilson of Corpus Christi, TX and Harold Lee James of Stratford, OK., 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and other family and friends. Services to celebrate her life will be 10:00 AM, Friday, May 13th at Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel with interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
