Ariana Tien Tran, lovingly known as “Ari,” was born on September 3rd, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and lived a life that, although short, was filled with love, courage, and inspiration. Ariana, whose life was defined by her compassionate heart and inspiring spirit, was born with Trisomy 18, also known as Edward’s Syndrome, a rare genetic condition causing physical growth delays during fetal development. Despite the challenges, Ariana’s life was a beacon of hope and a testament to the strength of the human spirit.
Ariana was a cherished daughter, granddaughter, niece, and cousin. Even in her brief time with us, she touched the lives of her family profoundly, becoming a symbol of love, courage, and resilience. The strength and grace with which Ariana embraced her journey were an inspiration to all who knew her. Her loving family was her world, and in return, they adored her. Her courageous spirit and loving heart will forever be etched in their hearts.
Ariana is survived by her parents, Danny Tran and Thanh Huong Nguyen; her grandmothers Mai Tran, Le Tran and Hiện Phan; her grandfathers, Hieu Henry Tran, Huu Pham and Minh Nguyen; her aunts, Cindy Nguyen, Christina Phan, Lily Tran, Davi Pham, and Bella Pham; her uncles, Huu Pham, Johnny Tran, Vincent Nguyen, Michael Pham, and Winston Tran, and her second-cousin, Salem Pham, Anastasia Tran, and Aiden Tran. Each of them, along with extended families and all who had the privilege of knowing Ariana, will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Her light may have flickered briefly, but it will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her.
Ariana’s Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Buchanan Funeral Service, 8712 N Council Rd. Oklahoma City, OK 73132. Burial will follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
