Bryan Doyle Ellis November 10, 1970 - September 25, 2021

Bryan Doyle Ellis, 50, passed away on September 25, 2021. His untimely death leaves family and friends heartbroken. He will be truly missed by so many, although he will always live through their memories.

Bryan’s story started on November 10, 1970. He was born to Minnie Mae Carter and Doyle Keith Ellis, in Oklahoma City, OK. Bryan was always loved and surrounded by his friends and family. He had numerous family members including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was the third of five brothers which he loved immensely, and protected when necessary. Bryan was a courageous man and never backed down when he needed to fight for the better of his family. He had great moral character; he was understanding, charming, humorous, diplomatic, polite, and sincere. Bryan was also very hardworking, diligent, and practical with his skillsets. Above all, Bryan was a strong, loyal, and trustworthy person.

Bryan received his high school diploma from Emerson Alternative High School on May 28, 1991. Soon after graduating, Bryan married Olivia Hope Bales. He was then blessed with fatherhood to his first and only son, Carson Keith Ellis. Bryan thought the world of Carson, and he was a tremendously loving father to his son. He was very involved with his son’s sports activities and even helped coach. Bryan always did whatever he needed to help his son grow, learn, and enjoy life. Bryan’s most distinguished accomplishment in life was being an outstanding father.

Some of Bryan’s hobbies included watching sports, working out, and playing video games. He would often play softball with his friends and family in his younger days. In addition, he was an avid collector of sports cards and built an impressive collection throughout the years.

Bryan had several jobs throughout his life, his most notable being a Superintendent for McCaleb Homes. Bryan enjoyed architectural design, and was very attentive to details when he performed work for anybody. In his later days, Bryan spent his time remodeling his mother’s home and helping her when needed.

Bryan was predeceased by Violet Fischer (grandmother), Buford Ellis (grandfather), Doyle Ellis (father), Charles Ellis (uncle), Charles Fischer (step-grandfather), Theodore Kidd (grandfather), Leda Bearhead (grandmother), and Tommy Stanford (uncle). He is survived by Minnie Carter (mother), Ella Ray (aunt), Bobby Stanford (uncle), Tommy Carter (brother), Stephen Ellis (brother), Clint Carter (brother), Preston Carter (brother), Carson Ellis (son), Janice Staton (aunt), Kathy Arellano (aunt), and Ronnie Fischer (uncle).
