Clifford Ray Haag was born on October 24, 1953, in Canton, Oklahoma, to Clifford and Virginia Haag (Keel). He passed away on August 29, 2024, in Oklahoma City, surrounded by his loved ones. Clifford grew up in Clinton, Oklahoma, and met his future wife, Benita Haag (Rojo), while they were both working at Don Serapio’s in El Reno, Oklahoma. They married on March 13, 2017, and enjoyed 7 wonderful years together. Clifford loved to spoil his wife and grandchildren.
Clifford is survived by his wife of 7 years, Benita Haag (Rojo); his children, James Haag (Leslie), Anitra Haag, Christopher Haag (Beth), Mickie Haag, and Destiny Haag; his siblings, Charles Haag (Karla) (Rita – Deceased), Ronald Haag (Dorothy), Charlene Thomason (Willis – deceased), Patricia McClenney (Rusty), Jana Boeckman, Clarissa Scoggins (Duane), Thomas Haag (Michelle), and Georgene Herrman; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Virginia Haag (Keel), and his sister, Sharon Lane.
Visitation for Clifford will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024, from 1 – 8 PM, at Buchanan Funeral Service, 8712 N Council Rd. Oklahoma City, OK 73132. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Buchanan Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery, E County Rd 730 Hitchcock, OK 73744.
