Clyde was born in Benkelman, NE to Leo Jerome Wilkens and Helen (DeChant). He was a Civil Engineer for Cities Service Oil Co. in Tulsa, OK for 10 years and then for Coon Engineering in OKC for 30 years. Clyde is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Jennifer; sons, Matthew Wilkens, Jeremy Wilkens, John Wilkens, and Gideon Wilkens; grandchildren, Samuel, Gibson, Peter, Emma, Tess, Harry, Stella and Eve; brother, Carl Wilkens; sister, Linda Goodroad and many other family members and friends. Services to celebrate his life will be 11 AM, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Bridgeway Church, 228 W Hefner Rd, OKC. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Clyde’s favorite charity, OKC Compassion.
