Cullen V., age, 96 passed away on January 31, 2011. He was born on May 28, 1914 to James W. and Iva Lee (Riggan) Ritter in Monroe, OK. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Cullen was a bus driver for OK transportation Company. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Cullen is survived by his loving wife Effie; son, Earl Ritter and wife Kathi; grandchildren, Melissa Horn and Timothy Ritter; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Isabel, and Sadie Horn and Milo Ritter; sister, Doris Pritchard; and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be on Sunday, February 6, 2011 between 1-8 p.m. Service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, February 7, 2011 at Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
