Doris Ann Bailey November 10, 1931 - December 27, 2021

Doris Ann Bailey passed from this earth peacefully on December 27, 2021 surrounded by those who loved her and cared for her.  Doris is survived by her husband of 45 years, Tony Bailey, along with her daughter, Glenna Rich, her granddaughter Natalie and her husband Carey and their son Bradley, her grandson Jacob and granddaughter Kessie, and great granddaughters, Britton and Lola.  Doris is also survived by her granddaughter Trisha and her husband John, their son Noah, and extended family including Whitney and her two children, Sophie and Logan.  Doris was a loving mother and grandmother and her great grandchildren, Bradley, Britton, Noah, and Lola brought her much joy and delight.

Doris survived the death of her sister, Mary and her two brothers, Garland and Don Jarrel.  Doris also survived the death of her son Denny, her granddaughter Delaney, her daughter Teresa, her granddaughter Portia, and her niece, LaDawn.  Though her losses were tragic and her sadness great, Doris gave her attention and love to her family, appreciating every precious moment she shared with each and every one of them.

Doris was born in Oklahoma City, graduated from Central Highschool, remaining friends with many of her classmates over the years.  She lived her entire life in Oklahoma City and had many careers over the years working in the medical profession and the insurance industry, and as a real estate agent.  However, most of her time was spent as a wife, a mother, and a grandmother which was her greatest achievement.

In Celebration of her Life, we thank all of you who knew her, befriended her, and loved her.  She will be greatly missed.

We welcome any comments, corrections, or additions to her story.
