On May 14, 2023 Everett Edward Wilson, a loving husband and father passed away at 93. Everett was born on November 12,1929 to Josephine and Edgar Wilson in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In 1956 he received a master’s degree in Geology from the University of North Dakota.  He married his first love Jean Lorraine Brown of Winnipeg, Canada in 1955. They Raised 4 girls, Mary, Theresa, Chris & Ginny and 1 son Mike. They were married until Lorraine died in 1988.  Everett was a proud Eagle Scout, loved sports and the outdoors. He and Lorraine often took the family on long summer car trips. The family has many fond memories of all of the adventures and games they played along the way. Everett proudly received and shared his Catholic values to his children and to all he knew.  He started and ended each day on his knees in prayer and encouraged his children to do the same.

Everett married Ann Parrella in July 1990. They had a loving relationship for 33 years until his death.  Everett was a loving step parent to Ann’s 3 girls, Renee, Karen and Teresa, and to the many extended family members he was always happy to see.

Everett is survived by his wife Ann of the home, 5 children, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

 

There will be a visitation from 2:00pm-6:00pm on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Buchanan Funeral Service located at 8712 N. Council Road, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  A funeral mass will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, May 19, 2023, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church at 5024 N. Grove Ave., Warr Acres, Oklahoma with a burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
