Gloria was born in Rock Island, IL to Harold and Florence Moeller. She worked for the Veterans Administration for 40 years as an audiologist. Gloria loved to travel the world. She was an active and faithful member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Gloria is survived by her close friend, Frank Stalling, Jr.; her daughter Lisa (Myra) Ozaeta; sisters, Shirley Schaper (Gary), Marilee Lovit (Jeff); brother, Richard Moeller (Shelley); grandchildren, Haley, John Mark, Heath, Francie Kate. Services to celebrate her life will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Messiah Lutheran Church.
