Howard LeRoy Dahlstrom June 25, 1926 - January 4, 2025

Howard was born June 25, 1926 in Racine Wisconsin to Luella and Abner Dahlstrom. Howard graduated from William Horlick High School in 1946. He Served in the army in WWII in the South Pacific and received honorable discharge. Howard worked in engineering and management in automotive filter industry for forty years in Wisconsin, Colorado, Canada and Oklahoma City before retiring in 1989. Howard married Ann in 1979. They enjoyed travel and fishing for many years. Howard is survived by one son, Jeffrey Dahlstrom (Sara), Jeff’s children Kristi Dahlstrom, Levi Dahlstrom (Gina); Jeff’s grandchildren Avery (Jake), Noelle, Ashley, Cameron, Isabella, Liliana and Skyla; stepson Steve Elwell (Linda) Steve’s children Chris Elwell (Shannon), Rebecca Rudisch (Doug), Steve’s grandchildren Taylor Ann, Lilly and Noah; Howard’s grandson Shane Palmer (Sherry) and Shane’s children (Howards great grandchildren) Cody and Haley; Howard’s granddaughter Elisabeth Link; niece Gail Dahlstrom; sister-in-law Camille Pack. Howard was proceeded in Death by his parents, his beloved wife Ann, brother Harold and daughter Rhonda
Dahlstrom. Howard will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service for Howard will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 1p.m. at Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel, 8712 North Council Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73132.
