Jere was born in Enid, OK to Ruth (Kean) and Frank Osburn. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Robert and Frank Kean. Jere is survived by his wife Carol Ann of 49 years and son, Brian Osburn. Services to celebrate his life will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 16, 2016 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service.
