Jimmy Scott Paddock was a loving, gentle, warrior who was very passionate about the things he loved. He was born in Oklahoma City on July 26, 1953 to Pat and Betty Paddock. He was an active painter, wall-paperer, contractor, and handy man for over 40 years. He was a Deacon at Zions Hill Int. Church and was an active member in his community. He enjoyed taking care of his home, working with his hands, and spending time with his family. Jim was preceded in death by his mother Betty Paddock. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Donna Paddock; children Benjy Paddock (wife Becca) and Amy Lambert (husband Justin); and grandchildren Rachel and Gideon. Other survivors include his father, Pat Paddock, brother, Bill Paddock, and 8 nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Mercy Health Foundation, 13321 N. Meridian, Suite 206, Oklahoma City, OK 73120 and the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society. The family is requesting to wear brightly-colored clothing to celebrate the warrior going home after a hard fought battle.
