Karen Hucks passed from this life to Heaven on January 17, 2023. She was preceded in death by father, Zene Watts, father- and mother-in-law Don and Joy Hucks, and husband, Kerry Hucks. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Katrina and Sebastian Adamczyk, mother and husband Loretta and Frank Lockamy, brother Randy Watts, siblings-in-law Teri and John Forman, Daniel Hucks, Virginia and Chuck Hanson, 3 nieces, and 1 grandkitty. Karen was born on May 31, 1966, in Oklahoma City and raised by parents Loretta and late Zene Watts. She had an associate degree from John Brown University. She married Kerry on May 6, 1989 in Tulsa. She loved reading, crafting, and watching Hallmark movies. Karen had a long career as an administrative support provider for a number of businesses in the Tulsa, Sapulpa, and Oklahoma City area. In 2005, she joined the Federal Corporation family as their switchboard operator, eventually becoming the marketing assistant and training coordinator. She was dedicated to family and taking care of others, especially her husband. She will be loved and missed by those whose lives she touched.
Her final resting place will be at Spring Creek Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City. The service will be on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Cherokee Hills Christian Church at 12:00 PM.
