Karen was born in Bentonville, AR to Dixie (Anderson) & Elmer Ray Sheaffer. She was preceded in death by her father; husband, Frank; & daughter, Kara. Karen is survived by her mother, Dixie & Jake Mullins; brothers, Rod & Ardith Sheaffer, Pat & Sherrol Sheaffer, Gary & Susan Grillett; sister, Mary and Jon Duncan; and a host of nieces, nephews & other family and friends. Services to celebrate her life will be 10 am, Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service with burial at Waterloo Cemetery.
