Kathleen “Kathy” Mayfield December 4, 1941 - November 6, 2011

Our beloved Mimi, Kathleen (Kathy) Marie Mayfield, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 6, 2011. She was born in Bakersfield, CA on December 4, 1941. She was preceded in death by her mother Alice Johnston. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Carlton Ray Mayfield. She will be greatly missed by her sons, Chuck and Chris, and step-son Keven. She was a loving grandmother to six grand-children, and two great grand-children. Kathy owned and operated Heads Inc. for over 30 years and had been a hairstylist for close to 50 years. Her favorite hobbies included gardening, reading, traveling with friends, going to the lake, fishing, and snow skiing. She will be truly missed by all. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 10th at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
