Kay Elizabeth Finley was born on December 12, 1950 in Albuquerque, NM to Robert and Margie Hilburn. She died on August 22, 2022 in Oklahoma City surrounded by family and friends.
Kay retired as an executive with AT&T after almost 25 years of dedicated service.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Hilburn and Margie White; grandparents, Johnie and Ida Mae Melton, and Charles and Kate Hilburn; and niece, Tracie Willoughby.
Kay is survived by her loving husband of almost 16 years, Riley Finley; 3 amazing daughters, Shelly Stephens, Taffy Damron, and Kasey Hooks; 5 grandchildren, Brandon Damron, Micah Hooks, Eli Hooks, Noah Hooks, and Elizabeth Bishop; great grandson, Perrin Damron; sisters, Robbie Cuyler and Kelly Waldrop; plus several nieces, and nephews, Garret Goldsmith and Camerron Waldrop.
