Kela was born in Kingfisher, OK to Emma Lou (Savage) and John Garland Jones. She was an underwriter for an insurance company for 25 years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 28 years Jerry Watson and twin sons, Joe John & Jim Cecil. Kela is survived by daughters, Tawnya and husband Ron Stephenson, Jeri Watson; son, Ray Watson and wife Jill; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Gray and Johnnie Morgan; and many other family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to OMRF for cancer research. Service to celebrate her life will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 23, 2014 in Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel.
