A bright light has been extinguished far too soon. Laura brought joy, laughter, and love to any room she entered. She was our lifeline to life. She was the organizer, helper, defender of weak, and would fight anyone that took advantage of her family or friend. She loved life and never met a stranger, but oh the stories she could tell from her many life encounters. She kept us in laughter. She saw the beauty in nature and taught her girls to see the same. Her many loves included: Colorado, lake time, outdoors, flowers, sunrises, sunsets, full moons, bright colored leaves, children, thunderstorms, rainbows, and mischievousness. She had a truly sweet spirit and made everyone feel loved. She leaves her husband Larry, daughters Madelyn Jane and Kathryn Marie, Sister Amy Davis, nephew Cooper and niece Molly, parents Terry and Betty Singleton, In-Laws Larry and Karen Bowman, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to grieve her absence. Visitation will be today from 1-5 PM and Monday from 9 AM until 8 PM with her family present to receive friends from 6-8 on Monday. Services will be Tuesday, 2:00 pm in the chapel at Crossings Community Church, 14600 North Portland, OKC with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
