Laura was born October 5, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Bethany, Oklahoma in 1965 with her parents and four younger sisters. Laura passed away suddenly October 29, 2020 at the age of 69. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan R. McCoin; father, Robert W. Frey Jr and youngest sister, MaryBeth Goodale. Laura is survived by her loving mother, Mary L. Frey; Daughter, Angela Wright and husband Shawn; Grandchildren, Tatum Wright and Ashtyn Wright; Sisters, Stephanie Holding, Carol Scroggins and Margie Winter and her many nieces and nephews, John Pool, Shanna Pool, Natalie Heim, Ryon Winter, Jeffrey Scroggins and many more other family members. Laura also shared her life with boyfriend, Douglas “Keith” Voyles and his son Daniel Voyles.
Laura had a heart of gold and always took care of others before herself. Her compassion and love for animals was great as well. She was always willing to open her home and take in that person, dog or cat that needed it with no hesitation. Laura also had a green thumb and loved gardening, baking, bowling, watching TV especially if an OU football game was on and buying her loved ones that perfect Hallmark Christmas ornament each and every year.
Laura will be missed by all her family and close friends.
