Leslie M. Kite of Oklahoma City died December 7, 2024 at the age of 90. He was born on January 17,1934 in Prescott, Kansas to Myrlin and Ruth Kite. He was married to Norma J. Tittle for 58 years. She preceded him in death in 2019. Les was an accountant in the oil and gas industry for 40 years before retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City. Survivors include his son Brett Kite, of Yukon, Oklahoma, daughter-in-law Carolyn Kite of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Son Scott Kite and daughter in law Sarah Kite, of Buena Vista, Colorado, 4 grandchildren, Kierstin Nash, and her husband Bobby, Kara Perkins and her husband, D’Anthony, Seth Kite and Savannah Kite. Les is also survived by two great-grandchildren: Bennett Nash and Sage Perkins. Les was preceded in death by his grandson Samuel Scott Kite in 1996, his brother Floyd Kite, and sister, Irene Blank.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City. Interment will immediately follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery of Oklahoma City.
