Livona N Vermilion August 22, 1928 - May 11, 2014

Livona was born August 22, 1928 in Parson, KS to Bill and Leona (Ray) Calvird. She went Home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 11, 2014. Livona was a bulbar polio survivor as well as a devoted and beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Additionally, she had worked as the president's secretary at the Gas Service Co. (KC. MO), and was a secretary at Sunset and West Nichols Hills schools. Livona is survived by her husband, Otis, of 64 years; son, Kent Vermilion; daughters, Marcia Russell (Byron), Jana Rigsby (D.J.); grandchildren, Madison and Paige Rigsby, Benjamin and Graham Russell. Services to celebrate her life will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Village Christian Church, OKC. Memorials may be made through VCC to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for the Cure (Breast Cancer) or March of Dimes.
