Lois J., age 83 of OKC went to be with her Heavenly Father on November 24, 2010. She was born April 17, 1927 in Sylvan Grove, KS to Emil and Hulda (Horstmann) Arkebauer. Lois was an administrative assistant at Baptist Medical Center. She was the secretary of the VP of GE while in Syracuse, NY. She was a long-time member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Erwin. Lois is survived by 2 children: Eric Wassilak (Barbara) and Kristi Noble; a brother, Herbert J. Arkebauer (Renelda); a sister, Elaine Neisch (Wally); 4 grandchildren, Samantha, Jennifer, John and Emily. Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 27th from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sunday, Nov. 28th from 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Services to celebrate her life will be 10:00 AM, Monday, Nov. 29th at Messiah Lutheran Church with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
