Lyndell “Ray” Peebles, a cherished father, husband, and friend, peacefully passed away on November 17th, 2023. Born on September 23, 1932, in Jackson, Michigan, Ray was the son of Robert and Brunna Peebles.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Donna, his son Donald, and his daughter Debbie.
Ray is survived by his daughters, Teresa and husband Kerry Ainsworth, and Darlene and husband Thomas Bergman. He also leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Ray had a zest for life that was truly infectious. He had a deep appreciation for both big adventures and the simple pleasures that life had to offer. Whether it was taking long drives, enjoying an early morning breakfast at a local diner, feeding the squirrels on his back patio, or fishing, Ray found joy in the little things that often go unnoticed. His love for nature and the outdoors was evident in every aspect of his life.
Ray will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His warm smile, kind heart, and gentle spirit will forever remain in our hearts. As we mourn his passing, let us also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the legacy of love and joy he leaves behind.
