Mark Francis Borelli January 9, 1960 - April 20, 2019

Mark Francis Borelli, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on April 20, 2019. He was the son of Betty and Frank Borelli, born on January 9, 1960, the 108th baby born at the new Baptist Medical Center in OKC. He attended Holy Trinity Grade School, Okarche, OK, and graduated from the Holy Cross of the Abbey School in Canyon City, CO, where he excelled in football, basketball, and track; earned All State Honors and held the Colorado State High Jump Record from 1978-1991 high jumping 7’2”. He loved his God, Family, Friends , Colorado and the Oklahoma Sooners! His wonderful memories of the “Brothers from the Abbey” were very SPECIAL to Mark through the years. Mark is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dorothy and Bus Buser and paternal grandparents Francis and Elsie Borelli and Lorene Borelli. He is survived by his children Jordan Brodnax (Stephanie), Summer Borelli and  Kenzie Borelli. He also survived by his loving parents, Betty and Frank Borelli, sisters Jan Petty (Billy), Gina White and Jill Youngblood (David), Uncles Pat Borelli (Clare) and Mike Borelli (Dawn), Aunts Janet Miller (Jerry) and Carolyn Buser as well as nieces Meggan Whitsitt (William), Marissa Dreiling (Lakin), and nephews Elijah Petty, Hayden and Mitchell White, Zach, Jared, Dylan and Cade Youngblood. Mark will always be remembered for his very positive attitude and BIG heart for people in need. He was loved dearly by his family and friends and we all look forward to a reunion in Heaven. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 26, at 10:00a.m. at the Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel ,8712 N. Council Road, Oklahoma City, OK. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (www.omrf.org).
