Patricia Ann Radtke February 22, 1935 - May 30, 2015

Patricia Ann Radtke, age 80, was born in OKC. Pat was proud to be a charter member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold J. Radtke. She is survived by her children, Rita Chapman, Gregory Radtke, Regina Hill and Patrick Radtke; 9 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be 7 pm, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Buchanan Funeral Service Chapel and a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am, Thursday, June 4, 2015 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Union City, OK.
