Penny Gail, was born April 30, 1957 in Enid, OK to Carl and Ramona Carolyn (Robinson) Bean and passed away on November 20, 2010, after a brief illness. She was our beloved Wife, Mom, Nana, Sister, & Friend and she will be deeply missed. Penny is survived by her husband, Carl Blankenship; 3 children, daughter, Kristy Duarte and husband Dennis; daughter, Barbie Hills and husband Leonard; son, Michael Blankenship; 5 grandchildren: Carter, Brandon, Derrik, Kylie and Lily; 2 brothers, Jeffrey Paul Bean and Gregory Allen Bean; a sister, Zarolyn Carlene Scurlock and other family and friends. Services to celebrate her life will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 23rd, at North MacArthur Church of Christ with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
