Phyllis Gail Campbell

Phyllis Campbell passed away Wednesday September 22, 2021. She fiercely loved her family. She enjoyed going fishing and reading, especially The Harry Potter series. She was born on November 23, 1950 to Arthur and Lillie Kelley in Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lori Bayes; sisters, Margaret McLain, Mary Lou Chavarria and Clarice Kelley; brothers, William, Wayne, and James Kelley. Phyllis is survived by her husband Steve Campbell; sons, Nicholas and Joshua Campbell; daughters, Petie Taylor and Bertie Whidby; sisters, Dottie Kelley, Donna Buenrostro, Kathy Smallwood, Evelyn Mason, and Patsy Garrett; brothers, John, Paul, and Joseph Kelley. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
