Raymond Lee Wiseman September 14, 1948 - July 12, 2024

Raymond Lee Wiseman passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on July 12, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Thelma Wiseman, his brother, Lyndal Wiseman, and his daughter, Carrie Wiseman. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Wiseman; son, Trevor Wiseman (spouse, Nikki); stepson, Dusty Rhoades (spouse, Akemi); grandsons, Dalton (spouse, Rose), Dawson (spouse, Michelle), and Devon Wiseman, and Rocky Rhoades; and granddaughters, Rilee Morton and Sunny Rhoades.

Ray broke the mold when he was born on September 14, 194 to Pete and Thelma Wiseman in Oklahoma City, OK.  He grew up in Duncan, Oklahoma and graduated from Duncan High School in 1966. He spent his time in Duncan helping his dad at the Texaco Service Station. He then went on to OSU to pursue a BS in Engineering and an MBA from UCO. He served in the Airforce between 1971 – 1975. After the Airforce, he started his career in industrial engineering with Fife Corporation. He later worked at Air Liquide. In June 2011, he happily retired with his wife and his dog Skyy.

Ray spent his free time working in the pit on racecars with his brother-in-law, Joe Sr. and traveling in his motorhome with his wife, Cindy. He loved taking his dog, Skyy, on walks through-out the neighborhood; so much so that he was known as “Skyy’s parent” around town. He greatly enjoyed spending time with all of his grandkids and having the whole family over for Thanksgiving and Christmas. He spent the majority of his time at family events behind the camera capturing precious moments that we will be able to cherish for the years to come.

His laugh not only filled up a room, but an entire house. The amount of joy and laughter he brought to others is immeasurable. He has made a tremendous impact on countless lives with his humor, kind heart, and unwavering support.

    Cindy Wiseman and Family,

Our thoughts are with Cindi and the Family in the loss of Ray. He was a pleasure to work with and be around. My favorite memory is coming into work at Fife and there would be a single long stem rose on Cindy’s desk from “An Admirer.” A side of Ray that many never knew. The shorter grey hair, grey beard, and metal frame glasses, what a handsome fellow. Carla and I will have a tree planted in Ray’s Name through the Arbor Day Foundation. Carla and Randy Clark
