Michael was born in Alexandria, LA to Richard R. Garner and Mary Jean (Wynes). He is survived by his father, Richard; son, Ryan Michael Garner; grandchildren, Rylee Garner and Madison Garner; sister, Mary Ann Reynolds; and many other family and friends. Service to celebrate his life will be 2 pm, Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service.
