Robert was born in OKC to Vincent C. and Dorothy Mae (Clark) Riggs. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother Paul. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; niece, Sara Raymer and husband Vance; great nephew, Vance IV; aunts, Betty Dudley, Colleen Clark and numerous cousins and a bounty of friends. He was a God Gifted Artist who loved history, movies, StreetRods and fishing almost as much as his wife and family. Services to celebrate his life will be 11:00 am, Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Newcastle, OK. Interment with military honors will be at Ft. Sill National Cemetery at a later date.
