Troy was born in Elk City, OK to Mina (Webb) and Homer Hinkle. He is survived by his wife Wanelda; children, Kevin Hinkle and wife Debra, Beverly Ahgoom, and Darren Hinkle; grandchildren, Troy Hinkle, Tony Wallace (Crystal), Jodi Abraham (Tyler), Audrey Long; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Oren Hinkle (Rosie), Les Hinkle (Shirley), & Jerry Hinkle; sister, Jo Whiteley (Thurman); and numerous other family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 from 1-8pm with family receiving visitors from 5-7 pm. Services to celebrate his life will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
