Vicki was born in Hobart, Oklahoma to Mary and Ray Quisenberry.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Mary Dehart.
Vicki is survived by her daughter, Carla; granddaughter, Kayla Shaw and Caelin Ellis; grandson, James Shaw and Cassie Dixon; great granddaughter, Ava Shaw; sister, Nancy Tigrett and husband Wayne; brother, Keith Quisenberry and Milissa Payne; beloved dog, Sadie; and many family and friends.
She was a light to so many people & will be so missed. The family will post on her celebration of life at a later time.
