She is survived by her 2 sons, Mike and Mark Mayfield, 2 sisters, Yvonne Hamrick and Sue Stone, 2 brothers, Robert and Jerry Thompson, 3 grandchildren, Ashley, Jordan and Jennifer, 1 great grandchild, Isabelle. Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, May 19, 2011 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service.
