"Woody" was born in Manitou, OK to William C. and Irene "Powell" Daniels. He was a WWII Veteran in the U. S. Army Air Corps. Willard was an accountant with Union Oil and a member of Grace United Methodist. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; daughters, Peggy Guthrie & Donna McIninch; 5 Grandchildren, Jennifer, Brett, Jessica, Erica & Lance; 4 great-grandchildren, Paige, Valkyrie, Maren & Lilly. Services to celebrate his life will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, at Grace United Methodist with a 2:00 PM graveside at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, OK.
