Alzada Marie Middleton September 25, 1931 - June 5, 2022

Alzada Marie Middleton, 90, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away June 5, 2022. She was born September 25, 1931 in Oklahoma City, OK to Ernest Ivan Hickey and Bertha Lee. She was a member of North MacArthur Church of Christ for 24 years and a frequent volunteer for the Salvation Army. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Middleton, parents, three sisters and a sister-in-law. She is survived by her son Neil Middleton and wife Karla, two grandchildren, Keenan Middleton, Kara Washington and husband Matt.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 5-8 PM at Buchanan Funeral Service.
