Billy was born in Nelagoney, OK to Russell and Carrie (Selby) Brewer. Bill served in the Air Force, had a career as a tool and die maker, he was also a security guard at the Cowboy Hall of Fame. Billy was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Iva; children, Betty McCawley (Bob), Brett Brewer (Jennifer), Jimmy Brewer (Debbie); 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Julia Pickard; brothers, Glen Brewer (Pauline) and Bobby Brewer(Carla); sister-in-law, Carol Brewer; and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 1-8 pm with family to receive guests from 2-4 pm. Services to celebrate his life will be 10:30 am, Monday, October 23, 2017 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service.
