Frances was born at home in Edmond, on February 24, 1933, to Hugo and Stella (Pride) Suenram. She attended the Prairie Dell School, a one room schoolhouse from 1st thru 8th grade. She attended Central State High School, where she was Valedictorian. Frances attended Central State College, graduating in 3 years with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Home Economics. She received her teaching certificate and taught for a short time.
Frances married James T. Kelley on July 4, 1954. They had 3 children: Jay, Amy, and Mark Aaron Kelley (who died at 28 days old). Frances taught entrepreneurship to both Jay and Amy helping them throw paper routes. She assisted on Jay’s route for 7 years. Frances has always encouraged both her children to save their money. In 1974, Frances summoned some entrepreneurial spirit along with her organizational and bookkeeping skills when she and James founded Kelley Advertising Company, which sells promotional products. This successful business continues today.
Frances has lived in Edmond or Oklahoma City her whole life, but she has traveled all over the world. She particularly loved cruising to beautiful places, however, her favorite trip was with James to Israel. Frances was a member of Portland Avenue Baptist Church for 64 years.
Frances is survived by her son Jay Kelley, daughter Amy Kelley (Cindy), brother Ray Suenram (Jenny), Michael Suenram, William Lavin, Sherri Suenram, and grandchild Brian Karth, friends Diane Clark, Bob Belt, Agnes Berkenbile, Debbie Newman, and Josie Cruz. We would also like to thank the staff at Eley’s Foods for their kindness over the years.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Hugo and Stella Suenram, infant son Mark Aaron Kelley, husband James T. Kelley, brother Merle Suenram, nephews Ronnie Suenram, Dale Suenram, and niece Vickie Suenram.
Frances wanted to make it to 90 years old as many in her family had done. She achieved her final goal last Friday, reaching her 90th Birthday.
The family would like to thank the Concordia Senior Living Center Skilled Nursing Staff as well as Good Shepherd Hospice for their excellent care.
Services will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at 2:00pm at Buchanan Funeral Home. It will be a private family-only service, due to Amy’s health condition.

massage for mom after delivery says
March 19, 2023 at 12:32 pmFolks at this time would be wise to uncover somewhat more with
regards to these subject areas, though there will never ever quite possibly be
ample precious time. Right after precious time for family and friends,
and needless to say holding a job, exactly what free time is
remaining to expend to mastering any of these most important teachings?
Being an individual practising perinatal masage therapy, as well as making web sites and
managing several nodes, spare time is without-doubt a thing i do not possess more than enough of.
Eventually, I’ll be able to find the energy needed to study
this fundamental subject more thoroughly. Thank you for
sharing this specific invaluable reference or resource. https://mobilemassagenj.livejournal.com/13513.html
