Toney was born in OKC. He was a claims adjuster for multiple insurance companies. He was a loving husband, father, brother and an amazing friend. Toney is survived by his wife Anna; daughter, Allison Shuffield; son, Kevin Shuffield; siblings, Pam Shuffield , Larry Shuffield, Jimmy Shuffield, Richard Hobby and Pamm Douglas and many other family and friends. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Meadows Center of Opportunity in Edmond, OK. Visitation will be from 10 am to 8 pm Monday, August 31, 2015 at the funeral home with family receiving visitors from 6-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am, Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
