Judy was born in OKC to Frank and Julia Evans. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Smith; brothers Frank Evans, and Kenneth Evans. Judy is survived by her daughters, Julie Smith and Michelle Sitton; grandchildren Abbi Prosser and Andy Sitton; sister, Kathie Brakefield; brother, Joe Evans; and many other family members and friends. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Bethany Cemetery.
