Margaret Paula (Coffia) Agy, age 73, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023. She was born in Tacoma, Washington, on July 25, 1949, to Bob Jay and Joyce (Thomas) Coffia and was the oldest of three children. Margaret and her family moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma when she was seven years old and then to Minneapolis, Minnesota and back to Oklahoma City. She graduated from N.W. Classen High School in 1967 and went on to be a wife and mother to Neil Alen and Renee Beth. She worked as a proofreader and tester/inspector in electronics for many years. She received a nursing certificate which enabled her to be a companion and caregiver for several elderly people. Margaret married Tony Agy on May 12, 1999, and was happily married for 24 years.
Margaret had two children, Neil and wife Wendy Young and Renee and husband Greg Minor; two step sons, Calvin and Kevin Agy. Also twin grandsons Kai and Cree Young. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Joyce Coffia. Margaret will be greatly missed by her brother, Kirk Coffia and sister, Gail Crosson, many cousins, relatives and friends she had made through her life.
Margaret knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior and her life verse was John 14:6. I am the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the father but by me.
Memorial services for Margaret Agy will be at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Buchanan Funeral Chapel in Oklahoma City.
