The trumpets are blaring in Heaven, for it was on this day that Mildred LouiseHarback was called home. Mildred was born on May 29, 1909 to Patrick Highland and Lula Noco Highland in Fame, OK. She was preceded in death by Frank, herhusband of 46 years and her brothers, Patrick, LeRoy, and James Highland; and her daughter, Carolyn Gallant. Mildred is the great-granddaughter of Chief William McIntosh the chief of the Lower Creek Nation. She is survived by daughter, Linda Thompson, Tulsa, OK and son, Dean Harback, OKC;14 grandchildren; 30great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren, niece Jolene Roy, Stillwater, OK. Mildred always enjoyed family get-togethers and a hand of cards.Memorials may be made to Saint Patricks Catholic Church in her name. Visitation will be from 9 am to 6 pm Monday, October 31, 2016 with a Rosary at 6 pm in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service. A mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at St. Patricks Church with interment at 3:30 pm at Fairview Cemetery in Vinita, OK.
