Memorial Service: 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, at The Chapel of the Cross at Church of the Servant

Patricia Ann, (Patti) Plant, Henry, Phillips. RN, BSN, CLNC, CCM, CPUM was born April 24, 1964, in Oklahoma City, to Beth and Randy Plant.  She loved to travel and made her final trip with the destination Heaven, on Friday March 22, 2024.  Patti graduated from P.C. West in 1982, then continued her education at the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1991.  Patti started her nursing career at Baptist Medical Center excelling in various departments. After working for 18 years at Integris Baptist Medical Center she moved to Wichita, Kansas. There she formed her own company Professional Legal Nurse Consulting, while also excelling in several other career case management positions, the final being with the Veterans Administration (VA) as a Nurse within Community Care. In 2021 she transferred back to Oklahoma City, after being offered the position of “Assistant Nurse Manager” within community care for the VA. She was blessed with many friends throughout her professional career who remained very close to her. She also remained close to many friends from school, whom she traveled with frequently and attended many social events and concerts.

Patti is survived by her loving son, Preston Henry, (The Light of Her Life) who remained by her side continuously. Her parents, Beth and Randy Plant, Brother Tony, his wife Kathy, and their sons, Luke, and Michael Plant. Uncle Ron (Carolyn) Plant, their daughter Susan (Robert) Reynolds, their sons Ray (Kim), Rick, Drew, Jeff, Jon (Andrea), along with their families. Aunts Tanny Koeppel and Jane Parsons, and Jane’s sons, Andy (Kara) and Darrell (Julie) and their families. Plus, numerous other relatives and friends. She is looking forward to joining her Grandparents in Heaven, Luke and Freida Plant, Harry and Mildred Koeppel, Aunt, Sharron Masterson, her good friend Jill Vickrey, plus her Chocolate Lab, Harley. Our Beautiful Patti has left a huge hole in the world, our lives, and the lives of countless others. If you were ever fortunate to know her, you know what I mean. She was the best nurse ever and will be forever missed and loved. Rest In Peace with no pain. We will be looking for your Butterfly sign. We will see you in Heaven one day.

    Patti was a wonderful woman. She and I talked a lot about our journeys with cancer and she always had a fighting spirit. Not only was she my supervisor but a loving person. We all mourn such a
    beautiful woman but knowing we will see her again is a comforting thought. My deepest condolences to her family and friends
