William Thomas “Tom” Covalt October 27, 1939 - January 18, 2020

Tom was born in Woodward, OK to Kenneth and Jewell (Waldroop) Covalt. He was the Director for OKC and the State of OK Park Departments and was the Director of JTPA at the time of his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents. Tom is survived by his wife Barbara “Ann”; two daughters, Teresa Whitaker and Melissa Duffy; one granddaughter Jasmin Natale and husband Ronnie; sister, Patricia Green. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 22^nd, at Buchanan Funeral Service from 1-8 PM with family receiving guests from 5-7 PM. A funeral service will be at 10 AM on Thursday, January 23^rd, at North MacArthur Church of Christ with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
