Alma Jean Davis, of Oklahoma City, passed away peacefully and went to be her Lord & Savior on August 10, 2025, after a courageous journey with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born September 29, 1939 in New Haven, Illinois to Eugene & Amele Forrester, of Norris City, Illinois, who preceded her in death. She had one sister, Tootie Thomas of Norris City, who also preceded her in death, in 2004.
Alma graduated from High School in Norris City, Illinois in May 1957 and immediately married the love of her life, James Lee (Jim) Davis on June 14, 1957. They moved to Carbondale, Illinois, so Jim could

Oklahoma. He was the fourth of six children born to Callie Elivina (Black) and Earl
Thomas Blakemore.

artist, inspiring teacher, and amazing mom.
Robbie was born in Gravesville, Arkansas, to Hershel and Ova Linn, on October 24,
1933 and from the very beginning, she saw the world a little differently, through color
and through the eyes of an artist.
Robbie was an art and English teacher for over 30 years at Beebe High School in
Beebe, Arkansas. She poured her heart into helping students, encouraging them to “be
creative but also be correct.”
Patricia “Pat” Ann (Gentry) Lawson, born June 29, 1941 aged 84 went to be with The
Lord on June 10, 2025.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and Trinity Baptist Church in Oklahoma City,
