Dorothy Nell Perry, age 94, was called to her Heavenly home on September 27, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on November 1, 1928, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma to Lola Mae and Lewis Redding.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Lola and Lewis Redding; her husband, Marion Perry; her daughter, Doris Phillips and her son, Carl Perry; her two brothers, Roy Redding and Lee Sparks, and her three sisters Mary Duncan, Francis Rae Gilmore and Patsy Redding.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Deborah Applegate; her daughter-in-law, Carla Perry; her son-in-law Bill Phillips; her brothers Jim Redding and Lester Redding; her sisters Jane York and Martha Hall and their families, along with many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, from 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Buchanan Funeral Service, 8712 N Council Rd. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73132. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM the following day on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Buchanan Funeral Service.
