Norma Jean Mills was born on July 3, 1928 to Elmer and Mildred Woodward. She passed away peacefully on April 1, 2024.
Norma was a dedicated student and worked her way to becoming a pharmacist, the career she continued until she retired. Norma loved her family and the memories she created with them and her many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jim Mills, her brother Keith Woodward and her best friends Jean and Maurice Knight. Norma is survived by her sons, Mark Mills and wife Mona, Mike Mills and wife Jeri; grandchildren, Steven Mills, Jennifer Bounds and husband Cody, Meredith Regas and husband Todd, Jordan Mills, Lauren Long and husband John; great-grandchildren, Micah and Eden Bounds, Jasmyn and Jaxen Regas and Iverson Long.
Visitation will be from 1-8 PM, with family present from 4-6, on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Buchanan Funeral Service. Norma’s funeral service will be at 2 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Buchanan Funeral Service with interment immediately following at Bethany Cemetery.
